Stretching vigorously can increase your height but only momentarily.Was an old trick Military recruiters would teach so people could pass height physical in the morning to enlist

Saffron City or Saffron Gym? City: In Red and Blue, you had to give the guards water from the Celadon Department Store. In Fire Red, it's a bit different. you have to realized that you need to burn more calories than you are taking in. So even IF you are really eating healthy... its more about HOW MUCH you are eating. My suggestion would be to talk to a trainer and see what you can do.

The best thing to do if you are wanting to loose fat is to do a lot of cardio. Treadmill or the elliptical machine is good. I am "lazy" as well. I had a hard time getting a good routine going and a harder time getting the motivation to do it. You need to find what works for you. As for me I refuse to run on the treadmill. I just put it at a decent pace and add an incline to it. Keep trying to up them both as you go. Before you know it you will pick up your pace and you burn more calories if you can go at a higher incline. I have also found that the best thing is an MP3 player. I added a few hundred songs and just go through it. I had to add as much music as I could find with a good, fast beat. Everyone is different on doing weights, so I do not feel comfortable trying to guess. Weights will help you tone up, but do not try to add a lot, a little will go a long way in toning up. Diet.... avoid junk food, any thing with added sugar, avoid white bread, white rice, white pasta and potatoes. Limit corn and carrots. If you can eat fruit, eat it in small amounts throughout the day, not a lot at once.

8. I need help with my "equipment" in my gym shorts...?

Ya its normal to have a bulge and you should since your a guy. Tell them that they are built like a Ken doll with no junk. Basically do not worry about having a bulge because your suppose to and sounds like your bigger there than they are.

9. What are some tips to begin going to the gym again?

Okay, do this. Decide to go to the gym for a day. Just one day. Keep the work-out session just as it used to be 4 months back, for that one day. Once you are done, the next day, tell me if you could stop at that? Can you resist going to the gym the next day? ;)

I guess you could say that is equivalent, but you are not getting the hills and your stride changes on a machine (normally shorter). If it is a matter of snow on the ground- it would probably be better to stay in the gym, but if it is just due to cold- bundle up and try to get out on the road. Running on a treadmill is really nothing like running outside.

So, what's the most distracting thing in the gym apart from the girl who never looks at you at all? I'm not going to start the debate on that one, but for me, it's clearly what most people are wearing. I know of one girl who insists on wearing the same tee as her older sister, just to annoy her. Here are a few tips on what to wear and what not to wear to the gym.l Wear fresh clothes that are odour-free.l Check clothing for any stitches that may have given way or holes to avoid embarrassment.l Clothes should be well-fitted but not a size smaller.l Use a deo if you have body odour.l Wear shoes that are meant for the gym only. Avoid wearing your gym shoes outside the gym.l Cotton may sound like the best option for the weather, but it sticks to you and remains soggy and smelly. Smelly socks are a complete turn off. Use a fresh pair every day.l Change shoes every year. Wash them at least fortnightly.l Wear a well-fitted bra. Sports bras are the best option.l You are bound to bend down for certain exercises; make sure your neckline is appropriate. You do not want to be the centre of everyone's attention.l If you do wear a salwaar, be careful of the dupatta getting entangled in equipment.l Avoid too much make-up. It may run when you sweat and look terrible.l Keep accessories to a minimum, you may lose them.l Flowers on the head are definitely avoidable as you only end up leaving a trail of them.l Do not wear innerwear (read boxers and banians) instead of gym wear.l If you wear shorts, make sure they are not too short.l Avoid wearing baggy shorts on days that you plan to do floor exercises which involve lifting your legs.I'm hoping that your favourite girl does finally look at you after you've followed these little to-dos.
