They move less in a sports bra. There is less chance for sag with a sports bra. The more important issue is whether you have the correct fitting bra. Something like 85% of women wear the incorrect bras. My suggestion: Go to a lingere store and have the person who works among the RIGHT sizes fit you. You may not be used to the way it fits at first but these ladies know what they are doing (I was one of them for years) You breasts change throughout your life as well, so please go back periodically and get fitted

2. Where to find Dance Sports bras with pretty patterns?

That might be hard cause...well, ideally you should not be able to see them. I think pretty bras are made quite a good bit for seduction more than anything else and a sports bra is all business. Good luck in finding one though x

You do not need a nursing bra. I would go with sports bras all the time -- it's easier to access the breast discreetly with a sports bra that you can just lift over the breast

Okay, my cousin who is 30 recently had a breast reduction, you may want to consider that option with your doctor before any exercising takes place (you could injure your back, because what I have seen with women with large breasts is that when they work out they hunch there back and that is REALLY bad for you). Additionally, I am a physical therapist student and I see many patients that have to get that surgery done, because of the back risks it could lead to. My cousin ended up having several back surgeries before she could get the breast reduction, however, she loves her new boobs. It is a lot easier for her to do her daily activities and to lose weight. I personally do not know what it would be like to run with big breasts, but I am sure it is not comfortable (I am a 32A-100 lbs and 5 ft-i run cross country 5 times a week and go to a gym for an hour everyday). Anyways, do not call your body gross, everyone comes in all shapes and sizes and I think it is great for you to want to make healthier decisions for yourself. PLEASE do NOT each just chicken and broccoli everyday, that IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU. I hate seeing people that just eat meat or just vegetable, etc. we need both!! I would recommend drinking at least three bottles of water a day-and more if needed (stop the soda's, ice tea, etc. NO FAST FOOD-its gross and not greasy foods-try fish if you like it-but not the breaded kind). If you like cranberries, PLEASE drink 1 8oz. cup at least of cranberry juice every day it is very good for you, especially when you are active and it helps you loose weight without spending a lot of money. Additionaly, eat a lot of vegetables, if you love brocalli, try eating it without cooking it, because when you cook brocalli you diminish the nutrients that makes the vegetable so healthy for you. Plus, bannas are also really good for you. I eat a lot of protein. FOr example, I will make eggs almost everyday (BUT I DO NOT ADD ANYTHING BUT THE WHITES-I THROW THE YOLK AWAY and i either microwave it or i cook it over the stove with PAM-i personally hate butter so I never use it, but if you do try using pam instead -reduces a lot of calories-i even use it for grilled cheese)! Also, try eating romaine lettuce instead of iceburge and fat free salad dressing (i personally like fat free zesty Italian). As for exercise, try taking LONG distant walks during the day (or join a gym-trainers are there to help you!). But I started my cousin off on a 5 mile walk everyday and she always brought lots of water and just from eating healthy and walking you WILL start to lose weight and then you can gradually increase your cardio with maybe a 10 minutes jog then walk 10 minutes, jog another 10 and walk another 10, etc. (DONT FORGET TO STRETCH). With a 32A cup you wo not need to wrap it that tight, so you wo not be so constricted by it as to cause damage. Just avoid physical activity. I did it for over a year with no problems.
